If you’ve ever had a broken bone, an X-ray was most likely used to diagnose it. An x-ray machine uses invisible electromagnetic energy beams to create a “negative image’ of the inside of your body. It’s often most used tool for diagnostic imaging.
We use x-rays for more than to diagnose broken bones, we also use them for screening, diagnosing and treating other medical conditions such as infections, arthritis and tumors.
X-rays do not require an appointment as they are typically a quick process requiring less than 15 minutes.
Monday to Friday 7:30 a.m. to 8 a.m. Saturday and Sunday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
