Healthy Pantry for the Holidays

Stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, pie and cookies galore will soon be filling our pantries. But how do you stay on track during this delicious time of year? Join Dr. Mary Dagen as she prepares your pantry for the holidays. Dr. Dagen will talk about some of the staples you should have in your pantry that are easy to cook, cheap to buy and most importantly, good for you! Dr. Dagen will also demonstrate during the event a salad, entrée, and a side that you can carry into all your holiday parties.

Dr. Dagen will be available for question and answers to follow the presentation.

Mary Margaret Dagen, MD

Mary Margaret Dagen, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician. Dr. Dagen earned her medical degree from the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine in Cupecoy, St. Maarten. She completed her family medicine residency at Munson Healthcare in Traverse City, Michigan. Dr. Dagen’s clinical interests include sports medicine and obesity medicine.
