Eat, Drink and Maintain a Healthy Weight

By this time in the New Year, you may be needing some additional support or ideas to help you achieve your New Year’s Resolution (or if you did not set a resolution — it’s always a great time to set a new goal for yourself).
Join Dr. Mary Dagen as she will help you get back on track on maintaining a healthy weight from a culinary medicine approach. She’ll discuss the risk of weighing more than what is ideal for our bodies, review ways to change food choices to help lower weight as well as cook up a healthy recipe you’ll want to include in your dinner rotation (you’ll even get to taste it for yourself).
Dr. Dagen will be available for questions and answers to follow the presentation.
